I am a FL girl, born and raised and married a military man. I've traveled the world and have a 5 year old son. I've always been on the smaller frame side, but not always feeling so good about myself. One year ago I was diagnosed with High Cholesterol and borderline being put on medication. I was shocked and determined to make better choices. I have switched all my protein intake to white meat (ground turkey, etc.), and introduced myself to more veggies and fruit. I have always eaten pretty good, but still changes had to be made. I do Not want to be on meds! I also began working out even more. I have ran more this year than I have in the past five years! I even tried a Boot Camp workout, which really got me pumped. Now, being overseas once again I am determined to get in the best shape of my life! Besides, how else will I feel confident scuba diving and surfing in itty bitty bikinis all summer without working hard?! So, here I go, on the most structured work out and diet routine that I've ever done.
