Ultimate Reset Day 2

WATER, Water, and More water! (& Memorial Day!)

If swimming in your water cup was possible I would probably have been doing just that yesterday. It was a little harder drinking so much, but I just kept telling myself, if you're hungry, You must drink! Funny thing is, I really wasn't hungry! I was so full that my belly felt as if it should have been bloated out. I realized today that I'm drinking so much water that it's actually keeping me full. YAY! That's never happened before. Mostly because I'd rather just hit the pantry up for a handful of snacks than drink a boring glass of water.  But, it's possible now and I'm getting through it!
Of course with ALL that water comes lots of trips to the bathroom. It's just #1 (yeah I'm being bluntly honest) but it's like a "I'm good..." to instaly "I've gotta RUN before I have an accident!" LOL Luckily no accidents happened and I didn't have to wait in line.

I spent most of the day prepping ahead of schedule. It felt great to ease into things than rushing and stumbling because of lack of focus and energy. I kept on top of my schedule and the day was very calm and relaxed. I pre-made my lunch (Greek Chicken Salad) and took with me to the Memorial Day BBQ. I was completely comfortable eating my Enormous salad around all the other foods. i wasn't even tempted to try a bite of dip or dessert. How was that even possible? I kept reminding myself how I feel after I indulge and overeat after get togethers like that. It was MORE than enough to keep my fingers clean! :)

I came home and began cooking dinner, which was the best dinner I've had in a LONG time! (Black beans & Rice) I also realized that I REALLY miss just having something to chew on. Usually I'll go through a pack of sugar-free gum in a few days. I see them in the car and it is such torture.  It's not that I'm hungry because I'm kept pretty full, but I'm pretty sure I'm addicted to gum and eating in general.  Good thing I'm realizing this now.

As far as as any negative effects there isn't much. I slept Great the first night! About 9 hours and only woke up once to potty. However, I did have a sore lower back all day and a little down the outside of my thighs. By the time I layed down for bed on night 2 my calves were exhausted.  I didn't sleep good at all. I had one Really vivid (like real life) dream and from then on I kept waking up. I felt fully awake and refreshed every time, but it had only been a few hours. Time to hit SNOOZE in my brain.
