U.S. News and World Report Announces 'Best Diets' Rankings - ABC News

What am I supposed to eat? How do I lose weight the quickest? What do you eat? The list of questions never ends, but it's always so very easy to answer. You already know the answer deep down!
Eat the healthy stuff! load up on veggies, fruits, lean meat (white chicken, fish, lean turkey). Low fat choices, low sodium, only good fats like nuts. Stay away from the sugars. I could go on and on. The bottom line, read your food labels people! Don't just grab something by what it says on the front. Take a second, turn that package around and read what is REALLY in that food!! Compare it with the product right next to it. Sure it's going to take you logger to grocery shop but you have to learn about what you're eating to understand what is healthier for you. Take time to make yourself healthier!

Wait, another fad diet?! Nope!! Well, it might be new to you, but it's just back to the basics and it's the way I eat. If you need your healthy way of eating to have a name, then here ya go. Call it the DASH DIET.
